GOVERNING LAW.

This contract is governed by the laws of Australia and such other laws which are applicable in the country where the consumer is resident.

 

PAYMENTS.

We accept payments by credit Card and Paypal.

REFUNDS.

We will not provide a refund for change of mind or if the item does not fit you. We can swap the item for another size or another style. If the item is faulty it must be sent back to our team for assessment before replacing the product.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE.

You may choose to leave your parcel at your front door, please inform our team in the comments section upon checkout, though do note that once the parcel has been delivered the parcel is no longer our responsibility.

SOLD OUT ITEMS.

If any items you order are out of stock, we will contact you to arrange a refund or exchange for those items. If the item is coming back you may decide to wait and we'll ship the item once it returns back in stock.

INCORRECT DETAILS.

Please ensure all customer details you enter are correct with no mistakes to personal details such as customer address and contact details. We will not refund order costs because of incorrect details entered by customers.

SHIPPING.

Orders are processed Monday – Friday from before 4PM AEST and can take up to two business days to process before being shipped. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship internationally.
